Donald F. Morris L.LB.
Donald F. Morris is a graduate of Dalhousie Law School in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1988 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1990. Prior to joining us as a Senior Litigation Associate he practiced in Ottawa, Ontario. He has appeared at all levels of Court in Ontario including the Supreme Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Canada as well as a number of Administrative Tribunals in particular the Ontario Labour Relations Board. Don focuses his practice on Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Law, Estate Litigation and Family Law. He is External Counsel for the Property Rights Division of The Office of The Children’s Lawyer, the Ontario Public Guardian and Trustee and has recently been appointed External Counsel for the Director of the Family Responsibility Office.
Donald argued the Management Side position on the Section 7 & 15 Charter of Rights challenge before the Ontario Labour Relations Board in the “Security Guards” cases.
